Picked up the Oscar Schmidt on the left today, used. Baritone, solid spruce top, and they were only asking $150 for it (I also got 'em to toss in a gig bag), so I was basically losing money not buying it. It sounds fantastic, but I'm going to have to pick up a new set of strings for it real quick.
As for the other two, the one on the far right is a junker Meijer soprano uke that got me into the instrument before I replaced it with the spalted mango tenor beauty in the middle.

Oooh I've wanted to try a bari for a while now. How do you like it so far?

It truly sounds fantastic, very full body, clear, etc. Build quality is top notch (as is always the case with Oscar Schmidt), and it has a solid top which is basically unheard of at this price point.
My biggest gripe is with it having lower, linear tuning I need to re-learn all my chords to be able to play in-key, and any of the tabs I know that rely on having the re-entrant G no longer sound good. I certainly wouldn't recommend a bari as a first uke, but I'm so so happy with it as a secondary one.

I'll have to try one out the next time I'm in a music shop. I didn't really know they're tuned so differently, but it looks like my guitar chord knowledge would be able to transfer over. I had a similar progression with ukes as well; I started on pretty much a toy right as I was learning to pick up guitar. Once I got more serious with guitar I wanted something else fun so I had modest upgrade to a basic conert uke. Next up I'll hopefully get my hands on either a much nicer concert uke or a bari like the one you just picked up.

I played guitar for a little while in high school, but I was never all that dedicated to it, so my interest just kinda faded out. I got that Kona for Christmas last year, absolutely fell in love, and bought the tenor Oscar Schmidt like a month later, and now I'm practicing something like two hours a day :p So really, you could say ukulele is my "serious" instrument.
Rather than getting another concert, try out a tenor. They have a fuller sound than a concert, enough that they can somewhat pull their own weight, but they don't have the learning curve of a baritone and you get to keep the reentrant tuning. Kala makes a really nice one for around $100 last I checked. Although, like you said, a fair bit of your guitar chord knowledge would also apply to a baritone.
